RETURN & REFUND POLICY

Returns

We accept returns within 14 days of delivery. To initiate a return, please contact us at owner@oneshopunitedllc.com with your order number and reason for return.

Please note: Return shipping costs are the sole responsibility of the customer. One Shop United does not provide prepaid return labels or cover return shipping fees.

Items must be unused and in their original packaging to be eligible for a return.

Refunds

Once we receive your returned item, we will inspect it and notify you of the refund decision within 3-5 business days.

Refunds are issued based on the condition of the returned item:

Full refund — item is returned in original, unused condition
Partial refund — item shows signs of use, missing tags, or minor damage

Approved refunds will be credited to your original payment method within 5-10 business days.

Non-Returnable Items

Final sale items, accessories, and items marked as non-returnable are not eligible for returns or refunds.
